Drive the performance and value enhancement of retail and/or commercial properties in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the execution of asset strategies for the retail and/or commercial properties under your care, with a focus on optimising income, enhancing asset value, and ensuring long-term competitiveness in the market.

You will oversee and drive key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.

You will collaborate with teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance.

You will be accountable for income growth, cost efficiency, and capital expenditure outcomes.

You will be involved in market research and competitive analysis to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities, informing portfolio strategy and investment decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Asset Management: Manage the performance of retail and/or commercial properties in Singapore, driving revenue growth, cost reduction, and asset value enhancement.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute asset strategies that optimise income, enhance asset value, and ensure long-term competitiveness in the market.

Performance Monitoring: Oversee and drive key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.

Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance.

Accountability: Accountable for income growth, cost efficiency, and capital expenditure outcomes.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform portfolio strategy and investment decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong track record in managing retail and commercial real estate
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
