Our team is seeking a talented HR Executive (Learning & Development) to join our organization.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining effective internal communication on learning needs and programs with respective stakeholders. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, and filing all training records.

Additionally, you will support hotel audits with essential training records and adhere to company policy as well as local authority guidelines in training-related areas. You will create a learning environment and assist with all other HR-related activities and programs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include coordinating with external stakeholders, working with stakeholders to handle the organization's learning and development needs, developing the organization's overall learning plan, and conducting learning needs analysis.

You will also be in charge of the annual training budget, source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters, develop and update employee orientation materials, conduct employee orientation, monitor employee training calendars, and coordinate internal and external training programs.

Furthermore, you will gather post-training feedback and monitor the effectiveness of training programs. Your multitasking skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail will enable you to perform additional tasks as needed.
