Organizational Learning Strategist

Bayes is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs that meet the learning needs of employees, including identifying learning gaps, creating competency frameworks, and curating relevant content.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training roadmap.
- Review staff skills and performance periodically to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports.
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in Learning and Development to inform our training initiatives.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/NITEC in a relevant HR or business Administration discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a HR department with experience in Training & Development, Learning/LMS or Organization Development functions.
