We're seeking a skilled Organizational Strategist to join our team. This role involves partnering with functions to drive organizational change and improvement.

About the Role
  • Partner with functions to strengthen performance systems, identify intervention points, build reliable internal systems, and deliver data-backed insights and solutions.
  • Serve as the dedicated strategist for 1-2 functions, supporting managers in building effective teams, giving feedback, resolving issues, and making decisions.

As an Organizational Strategist, you'll be embedded within 1-2 functions, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and trusted thought partnership to function leads, people managers, and employees. You'll also own and drive key portfolios within the organization, such as onboarding, internal communication, employee experience, and compensation.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a structured thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguity. You'll influence without formal authority, know how to get buy-in, and bring people along towards a shared direction.
