About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Performance Strategist to lead our HR initiatives in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement yearly strategies to optimize organizational performance, drive business growth, and enhance employee engagement.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes, developing diverse talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and industry platforms.
- Build high-performing teams, drive assessments, and succession planning for key roles.
- Develop customized learning initiatives tailored to the Singapore market needs, strengthening organizational competencies.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and labor laws by implementing legally sound HR policies and procedures.
- Foster positive workplace relations, addressing labor compliance risks and adherence to employment laws.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in organizational development and talent management.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You are proficient in using HR software and systems, with a working knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
