The Senior Manager of Leadership and Organization Development supports the Head of L&OD to understand business needs, design, develop, and implement leadership and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop on-the-job leadership programs, coaching, and workshops to build leadership capabilities at all levels.
- Support the L&OD in identifying leadership needs and succession planning.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational design, culture, and employee engagement.
- Facilitate change management processes aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with HR Leadership Team, HR business partners, and business units to understand leadership development needs, tailor solutions accordingly, and enable end-to-end collaboration.
- Prepare pre- and post-project presentations, project scoping, OD approach and communications with the Head of L&OD to highlight progress and outcomes of development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Min. 10 years' experience in HR with strong focus in leadership and organization development work OR Manager or Consultant level from HR Advisory background.
- Experience supporting, implementing impactful HR projects (hands-on).
- Strong project management and online, offline facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and leadership assessment tools.
