Job Title: Corporate Learning Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Learning Strategist to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for designing and delivering executive education programs that cater to the needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and develop new executive education programs that align with strategic goals and meet client requirements.
  • Design and deliver customized executive education programs based on client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and clients to create innovative and relevant program content.
Client Relations:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
  • Understand the challenges faced by corporate executives and provide effective support to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for executive education programs in a professional and efficient manner.
Program Delivery:
  • Oversee the logistics and administration of executive education programs to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Evaluate participant satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to improve program outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
