**THK**MC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. **THK**MC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. **THK**MC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors Community, and Therapy.
DESIGNATION : Senior Manager, Learning and Organizational Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, the incumbent will lead in establishing various organization development initiatives as the trusted advisor, coach and change facilitator.
**Organizational Development**
- Cultivate a strong organizational culture through the awareness and embedding of our HEART values across the organization.
- Engage Senior Management, and internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver leadership development and organization development initiatives.
- Drive best practices in performance management and encourage a culture of continuous performance and development conversations.
**Talent Management**
- Manage various talent development programmes and initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, action learning projects, leadership conversations/ events etc.
- Manage the entire life cycle of the Management Associate Programme, from talent identification, managing job rotations, to ensure successful placements.
**Learning and Development**
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and drive career growth.
- Identify learning needs and develop various learning roadmaps to uplift capability across the organization.
- Source and collaborate with external partners to develop programs to improve and enhance capability offerings.
- Develop the annual learning plan, budget planning, monitor expenses and resources allocation to fulfill learning needs.
- Design and develop various professional competency frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Human Resource, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in the areas of organisation development, talent development and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in managing talent development programmes, developing competency frameworks, and driving culture initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal communication effectiveness, including verbal, written, facilitation, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Strong project management, learning facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated abilities in budget and vendor management,
