
Front Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-focused professional to assist with new employee orientation and training, ensure staff are advised on policy changes, and propose operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with new employee onboarding and training programs.
- Advise and train Front Desk personnel on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing necessary changes.
- Plan and conduct management decisions in response to problems or issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
- Prepare keys and folders for daily arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front office and lobby area.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services, providing assistance to guests as needed.
- Handle complaints and incidents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct daily Front Office briefings to ensure all staff are informed and up-to-date.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-focused personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience with property management systems, such as Opera.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
