Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading Fashion Brand in Singapore to fill this Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist position.
This full-time permanent role involves working as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Senior C&B Manager. The key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, audit, and reporting.
- Oversight of relationships with HR teams and external payroll vendors for accurate and timely payroll processing aligned with internal policies and local regulations.
- Responsibilities include managing tax procedures, insurance renewals, and system integrations, while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
The role also leads internal and external payroll audits, manages compensation and benefits surveys, and oversees regulatory reporting.
At the global level, the candidate will support the implementation and compliance of benefits programs, maintain accurate databases, and contribute to analytics and internal audits.
Additionally, the role provides end-to-end mobility support, including relocation services and crisis management for international assignees.
