This role is a vital part of the organization's human capital strategy, responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Analyse job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications to inform salary offers.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and administer reward distribution.
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with regional exposure an advantage.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. IHRP certification beneficial.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced data management, reporting, and analytics skills.
- Hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits operations.
- Insights into HR processes across payroll, benefits, and employee engagement.
