Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • To oversee hybrid IT environments, including cloud, on-premise, security, and monitoring platforms.
  • To build strong relationships with clients, manage escalations, and ensure services meet business objectives.
  • To drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization across service delivery operations.
  • To mentor and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' IT service delivery experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in system integrator or multi-client environment service management.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, and security tools.
  • Skilled in ITIL frameworks, project delivery, cost management, and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, client engagement, and team development skills in complex environments.
