Cloud Service Delivery Manager Job Description

Overview: Cloud Service Delivery Manager role involves the end-to-end delivery and management of cloud services, primarily on AWS or Azure. The core focus is meeting all SLAs, achieving high customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.

This role requires close collaboration with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to continuously improve service standards and proactively address client needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of cloud services (AWS or Azure).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to improve service standards and respond to client needs.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in service delivery management, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud service delivery or cloud operations.

Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).

Familiarity with DevOps practices, incident management, and ITIL processes.

Experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or budget tracking.

Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to enhance service efficiency.
