Overview
Cloud Service Delivery Manager role at Randstad Singapore. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of cloud services, primarily on AWS or Azure. The core focus is meeting all SLAs, achieving high customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. This involves close collaboration with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to continuously improve service standards and proactively address client needs.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of cloud services (AWS or Azure).
Ensure adherence to SLAs, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to improve service standards and respond to client needs.
Report to the VP of Service Delivery.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in service delivery management, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud service delivery or cloud operations.
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, incident management, and ITIL processes.
Experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or budget tracking.
Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to enhance service efficiency.
