Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Services Delivery Manager for our client in the SI sector, to lead the cloud operations team and drive the execution of their cloud strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee cloud migrations, ensure operational excellence across AWS and Azure environments, and maintain the highest standards of security, cost efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cloud migration strategies, including timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee assessments of existing infrastructure to determine cloud readiness and identify security and performance improvements.
  • Ensure robust security practices, including IAM, encryption, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cloud operations team.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, and incident response processes to ensure service continuity.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud operations with business objectives.
  • Maintain disaster recovery readiness and security posture through regular audits and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in IT operations, including at least 5 years in cloud environments.
  • Proven expertise in AWS and Azure platforms, architectures, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience in cloud security, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
