Role Overview

This is a senior consultative sales strategy and execution role that reports to the Senior Director of the GTM Shared Services Business Office.

Sales Strategy and Execution

In this role, you'll work with Sales Leadership to drive sales productivity and performance in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment. You'll partner with account teams and sales leaders to achieve desired portfolio selling outcomes in our largest accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth and optimize resource leverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales planning motions.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on complex enterprise selling processes and methodologies.
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent, relevant high-performing field sales experience.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving, analysis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and portfolio or platform offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate sales strategy sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
