Job Description:

The Partnerships team plays a vital role in accelerating the growth of our network by selling and developing business partnerships at local and regional levels with landlords and building owners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Partnership Sales Managers to sell and develop partnerships locally, fostering a proactive approach to generate sales leads and convert centrally-driven inquiries.
  • Driving cluster franchise growth in Asia by managing a Franchise Development Manager and leading recruitment and setup of franchise and partnership deals.
  • Adapting the global franchising framework to suit local markets, planning market entry, and signing development agreements with suitable franchise partners to support regional growth.
  • Maintaining franchise standards across the network, delivering profitable growth and a healthy return on investment for partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building awareness of our partnership proposition through B2B connections and activities such as networking and cold-calling.
  • Identifying and pitching prospective partners capable of rapid network growth.
  • Selling partnership solutions, negotiating deals, and securing board approval.
  • Converting discussions into signed contracts with legal support.
  • Field activities including lead generation, customer meetings, and deal closing.
  • Achieving revenue targets, with each team member delivering over £5m annually.
  • Defining and executing cluster franchising strategies aligned with global approaches.
  • Promoting our franchise proposition at trade shows and through other channels.
  • Conducting due diligence and finalizing development agreements.
  • Sending profitable deals that expand the network effectively and support partner ROI.
  • Setting franchise standards and supporting new franchise operations to ensure brand compliance.

Requirements:

  • Senior B2B sales leadership experience in a fast-growing multinational environment.
  • Background in business development within complex solutions or service-led sales.
  • Experience in commercial real estate investment or franchise development is highly desirable.
  • Ability to remotely manage and motivate a team to develop and close large deals (£250k+), consistently exceeding targets.
  • Flexible, disciplined, and results-focused with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently generate interest.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to instill confidence and credibility.
