About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our APAC Commercial Team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a global team and drive growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable revenue and market share growth, as well as experience in strategic commercial management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve defined goals, leading a team to success, and mentoring team members to improve their skills.

Job Description:

This role involves leading direct and indirect channels (distributors) to achieve APAC growth and performance targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for positioning us as a leader in each target market segment through strategies and tactics to ensure accelerated market penetration while meeting standards for operating margin expansion and working capital deployment.

Additionally, the Sales Director will attract, engage, and retain outstanding talents that embrace our core values and DBS, committed to providing extraordinary support for customers. They will monitor and evaluate sales rep progress against stated expectations, aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a relevant field, preferably with a Master's Degree or Ph.D. They will also have a minimum of five years' experience in senior strategic commercial management in the APAC region, preferably with ten years' experience.
