About the Role:

This is a Business Development & Partner Management/Account Manager position, focusing on expanding our business partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and experience in securing new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads, identifying key contacts within target prospects.
  • Pitch and qualify leads via a consultative approach.
  • Size and prioritize opportunities for follow-up after qualification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operating models for qualified prospects.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and business development progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting, and/or strategic operations.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
