Job Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our LACHMANN TECHNOLOGIES (PTE. LTD.) team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to own and grow a critical business function while making their mark in the e-commerce industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading our partnerships function, reporting directly to the CEO.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform our emerging partnerships program into a robust revenue channel
  • Build and nurture a strong partner network across our target markets
  • Drive qualified leads through partner collaboration
  • Hit collaborative KPIs that we will develop together
Your Day-to-Day:

You will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships in our key markets, creating and executing partner enablement programs, and conducting account mapping to identify cross-sell opportunities.

You will also work closely with our Sales team to convert partner-sourced leads, guide leads through the sales funnel effectively, and support partner sales teams in positioning OneCart.

Requirements:

This is NOT a management role - you will be responsible for executing the partnerships strategy yourself.

KPIs will be set collaboratively and you will be accountable for meeting them.

Industry expertise is not required, but passion for helping small businesses succeed online is essential.

The salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
