Experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As an experienced professional in maintenance and repair, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building facilities and systems.
- This includes carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems.
- You will also attend to defects and customer complaints promptly, responding to fault reports and client requests efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on M&E systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering.
- A relevant qualification such as NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance.
