Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Description:
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all M&E equipment, including electrical wiring, fixtures, and mechanical systems, are properly maintained and operated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
  • Investigate and troubleshoot malfunctions, making repairs as needed
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Proven track record of successfully resolving complex technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
