Retail Segment Profit Centre Leader

The Segment Profit Centre Manager - Retail will lead the strategic direction and performance of the retail personal lines and motor insurance portfolios. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, owning the segment profit and loss statement, and collaborating with distribution, claims, and actuarial teams to ensure sustainable and competitive offerings.
