
Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager

As a Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's growth by overseeing various HR functions. This includes providing comprehensive support to employees, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate records.
Your responsibilities will involve assisting with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding of new employees. You will also be responsible for coordinating induction and orientation programs for new hires and managing exit clearance procedures.
To ensure seamless operations, you will maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring up-to-date employee information is readily available. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and operations management
