Job Title: Senior Project Manager for Complex Initiatives
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
- Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes.
- Deliver effective executive-level communication.
- Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and communication across leadership and business stakeholders.
- Own the full project life cycle, from start to finish.
- Ensure programs align with and support strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
- Ensure projects and programs proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the AML domain (MAS Notice 626, Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, CDD).
- Exposure to vendor software (Actimize, Net Reveal, Detica, MANTAS).
- PMI-PMP/Prince2 Certification.
