We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead complex technology deployment projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management expertise, and the ability to navigate regulatory environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Policies and Standards Management:

  • Support in the development implementation of business policies, procedures, and standards to drive project management excellence

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with external stakeholders such as government authorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and successful delivery

Team Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex technology deployment projects
  • Candidates with strong skills and a proven track record may be considered for senior positions
  • Knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality

This role involves leading complex technology projects and managing teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management.
