We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Oversight and Portfolio Management: You will lead program management of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and assist in development and execution of PMO initiatives and governance frameworks.
- Reporting & Documentation: You will consolidate and analyze data across multiple sources, provide regular portfolio management reporting and status updates, and maintain a central repository to store master data.
- Process Development & Improvement: You will assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO standards, methodologies, and frameworks, and continuously improve project management processes and tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: You will facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, organize and facilitate steering committees, and work with the communications team to provide guidance and support during rollout phases.
- Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, and extensive experience in project management with a proven track record of supporting or managing complex projects and/or enterprise PMO functions.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to improve project outcomes.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools, and familiarity with data management and governance principles.
