Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead our high-priority programs, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.


About the Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to identify and support technology-driven innovation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute annual work and resource plans in collaboration with IT leadership.
  2. Oversee the execution of high-priority programs, monitoring progress, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Manage stakeholders expectations through governance processes and provide executive-level communication.
  4. Provide status reporting to management regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and communicating across leadership and relevant project stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, at least 15+ years of experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and Technology environment.
  • Strong understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall or Agile best practices).
  • Experience in system development work with prior experience in functional, technical specifications, and system development.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
