Visionary Strategic Academic Leader

The incumbent will provide visionary leadership and support to senior management in driving university-wide initiatives. This includes coordinating programs such as student experience surveys, cross-college coordination, and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic academic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and streamline processes.
- Drive process optimisation and work process improvements through generative AI models, working closely with Associate Deans and Administrative leads.
- Partner with senior management to oversee the Accreditation and Data Management Office (ADMO) functions, including accreditation matters, rubric designs, data governance, and reports/data collation and submission.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using AI models, focusing on problem-solving and solution designs.
- Support strategic initiatives, innovation, and change management within the tertiary education sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in Python, RPA, and experience in developing and implementing AI models.
- At least 15 years' experience in tertiary education program administration and development, or international engagement.
- Excellent leadership, innovation, and change management skills.
