We are seeking a visionary leader to provide strategic leadership and management for a portfolio of courses and programs in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and academic leadership for a portfolio of courses and programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery within the portfolio, including curriculum design, development, review, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and mentor course coordinators and faculty members teaching within the portfolio.
  • Ensure all programs within the portfolio adhere to relevant accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and specific quality benchmarks of CET programs in Singapore.
  • Monitor student progress across the portfolio and provide guidance on academic and career pathways relevant to CET.
Sales & Enrollment Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans for the portfolio of courses and programs.
  • Represent the institute's CET-related programs at recruitment events and industry seminars.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners, SkillsFuture Singapore, other CET providers, and relevant departments within other IHLs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Continuing Education and Training (CET) landscape and Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) collaborations, and proven experience in managing multiple programs and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic administration or program management within a higher education institution.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum relevant to industry needs and aligned with CET frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful student recruitment within the adult learning or CET market.
