Job Title: Visionary Leader

Description:

The Visionary Leader will drive strategic direction and overall leadership for the site, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include overseeing core operational areas such as Production, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Environmental Health and Safety, as well as exercising dotted-line leadership for administrative functions like Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve business success.
  • Oversee Operational Areas: Ensure effective management and oversight of core operational areas, including production, engineering, quality, facilities, and environmental health and safety.
  • Exercise Dotted-Line Leadership: Provide guidance and support to administrative functions, including finance, human resources, sales, and information technology.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Serve as Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, external stakeholders, and other internal teams.
