Job Title: Project Director

Description:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project director with experience in managing complex IT projects.

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective project execution and professional development.
  • Develop annual work and resource plans in collaboration with IT leadership.
  • Establish program governance frameworks to clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the execution of high-priority programs, monitoring progress, budgets, and risks.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and support technology-driven innovation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with at least 15+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall or Agile best practices).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

About This Role:
This is a lead role that requires strong negotiation skills and vendor project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in system development, software development, and information technology.
