Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management expertise, and effective navigation of regulatory environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technology deployment projects and possess knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering.
  • This position involves developing detailed project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and monitoring project progress.
  • The successful candidate will also provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, foster a culture of SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Familiarity with technical workings of Autonomous Systems is required for effective interface with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex technology deployment projects.
  • Candidates with strong skills and a proven track record may be considered for senior positions.
  • Knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with regulatory bodies such as LTA.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
