Senior Technology Manager

**Work Description**:
- Lead and manage technology development and implementation strategies across various projects.
- Oversee a team in the design, development, and deployment of technological solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with business goals.
- Manage technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of systems.
- Supervise and guide the research and development (R&D) process, evaluating new technologies and platforms to enhance company offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve technical challenges, driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, project plans, timelines, and presentations on technology progress, performance, and future recommendations.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic technology direction and business growth opportunities.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an innovative approach to technology challenges.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and disciplined in managing complex technology projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to interface with international partners and clients.
- Experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives and projects in both domestic and global markets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong technical networks, ideally with a solid understanding of the tech ecosystem in China.
