Title: Senior Product Manager – Technology

Location: Singapore, The EGIS (Kallang)

Department: Product Management

Reports To: Director of Product / Head of Product

Experience Required: 7+ years in product management with strong technical and commercial orientation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, execution speed, and product innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development—from vision to deployment—while ensuring business impact and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by combining product vision with deep technical understanding.
  • Drive rapid and high-quality execution, ensuring timely feature rollouts, robust deployments, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead product innovation by identifying emerging trends, new technologies, and customer needs.
  • Bring a strong commercial mindset, aligning product priorities with market demand, revenue growth, and customer value.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across business, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximise product adoption and market fit.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 10-15 years of product management experience with hands-on technical exposure (coding tools like Python, DevOps, deployments).
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen—proven ability to drive revenue and align product with business strategy.
  • Firm grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, platform engineering).
  • Experience in leading product execution in agile teams, with a track record of delivering at speed.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Credentials

  • Experience in B2B or platform products with complex back-end systems.
  • Background in launching developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or cybersecurity products.
  • Strong product storytelling and go-to-market collaboration skills.
  • Be empowered to own the product, inspire teams, and deliver customer value at scale.
