Enhance Customer Experience through Data-Driven Optimization

As a seasoned professional in the field of conversion rate optimization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making. This role entails analyzing user behavior and identifying areas of friction across various platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on A/B tests to optimize product pages, landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell processes. Your expertise will also focus on improving overall site UX by implementing CRO best practices and leveraging data insights.
Weekly reports with actionable recommendations will be a key deliverable, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to achieve these goals.
To excel in this role, you should possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, preferably within a Shopify or direct-to-consumer brand setting. A proven track record of improving conversion rates and average order value is essential.
Key skills for this position include:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Shopify analytics, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Convert, Google Optimize)
- A strong sense of UX/UI design principles, particularly mobile-first design
- Detail-oriented approach with a data-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
