Job Description

The role of a Fraud Investigator on our Strategic Data Solutions team is focused on conducting thorough and accurate investigations into complex requests.

Investigators review suspicious transactions to identify potential fraud and determine the next course of action. This involves reviewing system issues and trends that may impact customer satisfaction or department productivity, as well as participating in project management and user acceptance testing.

In this role, you will utilize support tools effectively to maintain high-quality investigations and ensure seamless support for business collaborators. You will also be responsible for protecting customer privacy by maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of information.

Fraud Investigators are required to identify and communicate trends to leadership, leverage internal resources and research for resolutions, monitor transaction error trends, and analyze reports. They must also identify process errors within business systems and handle enterprise agreement enrollments and support escalations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in Thai and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role
