The AppleCare Fraud Investigator role on our Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team is responsible for investigating complex requests with accuracy. Investigators review suspicious transactions to detect fraud and determine next steps. This role supports and protects one of Apple’s most valued security features, resolving complex requests and helping prevent fraud. Description Report and track system issues and trends affecting customer satisfaction or department productivity. Participate in project management and user acceptance testing (UAT). Utilize support tools effectively while maintaining high-quality investigations, ensuring seamless support for business collaborators. Protect customer privacy by maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of information. Identify and communicate trends to leadership. Leverage internal resources and research for resolutions. Monitor transaction error trends and analyze reports. Identify process errors within business systems. Handle enterprise agreement enrollments and support escalations. Minimum Qualifications Proficient in Thai and English At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role Preferred Qualifications Experience in fraud prevention roles SAP knowledge Ability to collaborate cross-regionally Attention to detail in case management Target-oriented with timely results Strong organizational and multitasking skills Creative problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable in a queue-based environment Excellent interpersonal and professional collaboration skills Resourcefulness and research skills Ability to identify process improvements and root causes Flexible and adaptable to new roles and responsibilities Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Committed to inclusion and diversity #J-18808-Ljbffr
