Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

Main Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced construction cost estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quantity take offs, pricing and forecasting the cost of materials needed for projects.
  • The role involves preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
  • The selected individual will also prepare forecasts for monthly subcontractors' payments and liaise with clients to document project expenses into the system.
  • Key responsibilities include documenting progress claims, materials and reports on projects, as well as negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese clients who converse in Mandarin only.
  • A minimum of a Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience are required.
  • Prior experience in the Interior Design industry is preferred.
