  • The candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey, or an equivalent field, along with at least 05 years of relevant working experience.">
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is necessary for the role.">
  • The successful candidate will be able to work independently and demonstrate proficiency in a project QS function.">
  • This position requires the ability to compile reports, photos, and inspection forms, as well as prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.">
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in construction, quantity surveying, and civil engineering principles.">

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective cost estimation strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget.">
  • Analyze construction costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to determine accurate estimates.">
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the client's requirements.">
  • Conduct site inspections and gather data to inform cost estimation and project planning.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and provide insights for future improvements.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.">
  • At least 05 years of relevant working experience in construction cost estimation.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.">
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other software related to construction management.">
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.">
