The Assistant Vice President, Human Resources is a key role that oversees the HR function, ensuring data integrity and compliance with labor laws. This individual will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and drive employee wellness and engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HRMS for data accuracy and ensure adherence to labor regulations\
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend business requirements\
  • Manage the recruitment process, including interviews, to guarantee efficiency\
  • Administer performance appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, benefits, staff training, and terminations\
  • Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment\
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic setting\
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices\
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders\
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and navigate complexity\
  • Proficiency in HRMS software, such as Times software\
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently\
