About the Role:

As a Technical Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that meet the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies that meet the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Create and maintain technical content for software systems and platforms, including user guides, release notes, and API documentation.
• Work with solution architects, development leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive content discussion and ensure that content meets the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of content.
• Create and maintain templates and content standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of content based on changes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed content.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, with a focus on creating both technical and functional content.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable content for various audiences.
• Experience with content management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
