At Cleveraa, our goal is to aid doctors in transforming more lives through branding, design, clinic marketing strategies, and customer service training solutions. By helping place our clients where patients are looking through ethical marketing, we connect patients with the doctors suited to treat their conditions.
Currently, however, Cleveraa is also expanding its services to cater to non-healthcare-related clients. As such, we are looking for an individual who is versatile and comfortable switching between writing styles and requirements as needed.
As the Lead Content Strategist at Cleveraa, you will be responsible for any content required by clients and for supporting your team. This may include, but is not limited to, digital content (both long and short form copy), printed collaterals, and proposal decks. Part of your duties will require managing your team of freelancers through brief creations and research, as well as editing, fact-checking, and proofreading the content produced by your team of freelancers.
Other core responsibilities will include utilising tools and software such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to develop content strategy proposals for our clients before putting these strategies into action. You will also be required to monitor said strategies and be able to identify where and when changes might be necessary to enable our clients to meet their desired SEO goals.
Additionally, as the Lead Content Strategist, a vital part of your role will be to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing landscape of the Internet, and Google, along with the algorithms and best practices that keep us at the top of our game as a marketing agency.
- A strong command of the English language, a meticulous attitude, and a solid work ethic.
- The ability to develop content strategies and calendars based on our client's desired goals while providing realistic timelines to achieve these goals.
- A deep understanding of content strategy, search engine optimisation, and the ability to create valuable content for the end user.
- The desire to constantly expand their existing knowledge of the industry's best practices.
- An understanding of how to use and translate the data drawn from tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- The ability to effectively manage and work with a team of external freelancers when additional content is required. This will include the creation of briefs based on your research, fact-checking, editing, and proofreading the final content.
- The ability to switch between varying content, writing styles, and requirements due to the wide variety of clients that engage Cleveraa's services.
- An understanding of WordPress and a high comfort level in utilising its backend.
- A high level of comfort speaking out when a suggested solution does not appear viable or in the client's best interests.
- The ability to work closely with other team members to optimise workflow and help our clients attain their goals.
Min qualification - Diploma in any field. We care more about work experience and work ethics.
