Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office supplies and consumables to ensure continuous availability
  • Manage equipment maintenance contacts and coordinate renewals with vendors
  • Supervise contractors for facility-related tasks such as plant watering and general upkeep
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal fault reporting and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate courier services and maintain accurate records
  • Update and maintain the office contact list for accessible communication channels
  • Manage mail distribution and petrol/charging cards for company cars
  • Check mobile phone invoices/statements monthly and assist in creating Purchase Requisitions
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Basic knowledge of database administration and HR practices
