Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for administration and management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, managing office supplies, and coordinating with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and stationery to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including IT support, cleaners, couriers, and telecom providers, to facilitate facility management.
  • Manage service contracts and renewals to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide meeting and travel support, including errands and document submissions.
  • Maintain a proper filing system for contracts, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Run errands to the bank and submit official documents as required.
  • Communicate and coordinate with overseas teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Offer admin support for business trips and other corporate activities.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles is essential.
  • Mandarin speaking skills are required to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to details are necessary.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently is crucial.
