Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operational Partnership Growth Manager. As a key member of our partnership growth team, you will be responsible for driving operational partnerships with enterprise-level clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize the value partners receive from using Wise solutions by reducing operational friction and defects.
You will work closely with the Account Management team and Wise operational teams to analyze the quality of partnerships from an operational standpoint. This includes identifying opportunities to automate and scale operational processes for both our partners and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will also include managing stakeholders, conducting business review meetings, and providing solutions to partners looking to improve their operational state. You will support them through execution, unblocking operational obstacles to growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking or fintech industry
- A proven track record of completing projects with measurable results, scaling internal costs, and improving processes
- Data-driven, able to collect and analyze data to prioritize big wins for partnerships and internal teams
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions when faced with blockages
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of negotiating changes with internal teams and external stakeholders
