The Role
We're seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene. Your duties will include preparing workstations, ensuring visually appealing food presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You'll also be responsible for inspecting ingredient quality and adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are cooperative and supportive team members. You'll need proficiency in using various kitchen tools and equipment, as well as a strong understanding of cooking techniques and methods. Your passion for crafting exceptional cuisine and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment are essential. Additional requirements include a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and a desire to advance your career in fine dining and modern cuisine.
