Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
  • Work according to the menu specifications and maintain high-quality food production.
  • Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions (Cold / Western Kitchen / Local cuisines).

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. You will work closely with our Sous Chef to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.

Requirements
  • Possess relevant experience or professional qualifications in culinary arts.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
