Enrichment Centre Leadership Role

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our enrichment centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth functioning of the centre, providing exceptional service to parents and students, and maintaining strong relationships with the community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, including registration, invoicing, and fee collection.
2. Be the key point of contact for parents and students, handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
3. Maintain strong relationships with parents to support student progress and growth.
4. Monitor and support student enrollment, attendance, and progress tracking.

Requirements:
Full-time job for Diploma Holder/A-level Holder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably with experience in education or customer service.
