We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management of our enrichment centres. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth, managing operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers and their families.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Operations (Primary KPI)

  • Lead the development and implementation of centre strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities to maximise growth.

2. Customer Experience & Relationships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and their families through exceptional service and support.
  • Encourage customer testimonials and online reviews to enhance our reputation.

3. Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead and coach a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews and provide coaching and guidance to support staff in their daily roles.

4. Centre Operations & Programme Quality

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of centre operations, including class/event readiness and programme delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor payroll and centre documentation to maintain accurate records.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer records, invoices and payments.
  • Submit regular reports on centre operations and performance to senior management.
Requirements
  • Degree in business, education management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the education/enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, meeting monthly KPIs and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive and results-driven.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings as part of a 44-hour work week roster.
  • Willing to rotate across multiple centres.
Working Hours & Roster
  • 44 working hours per week, including weekends.
  • Current rest days: Monday and Tuesday (subject to change). Weekend operations: first class starts 9:00am; last class ends 6:30pm.
